1. Freshness First, Always

Because our products are perishable and made fresh in small batches, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and either resend the item or issue a refund.

3. No Refunds for Taste Preferences

As our products are food items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on individual taste preferences. Please review the product description and ingredients before ordering.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

The item was damaged during delivery

You received the wrong product

Your package was never delivered (with tracking confirmation)

6. Non-Refundable Items
